MINI UK at MEC, Melissa is responsible for reshaping and leading strategic planning process and facilitating digital transformation in the UK. Melissa previously led the Johnson & Johnson Skincare and Beauty business for MEC across Northern Europe, relaunching top tier brands globally and supporting their global ambition of digital transformation. She is also actively involved in shaping the strategic planning process for MEC in the UK, and has a plethora of successful UK and Global new business experience.
Outside of her role at MEC, Melissa is the founder and editor of the acclaimed British fashion and lifestyle blog mediamarmalade.com, which combines her passion for fashion, content and photography, with her drive to create a commercially successful content-based business.
