Charlie works across management, publishing and records and at the age of 22 became a founding partner in the disruptive and ever-growing London company ‘Tileyard' (www.tileyard.co.uk). Five years later, Tileyard is the home to over of 80 recording studios, many associated businesses and their own management, publishing company and record label ’Tileyard Music'. Charlie's management clients include Ella Eyre, Sigala amongst many others and since forming in 2012, Tileyard Music have been leading the charge with over 1.5 billion Spotify streams to date. Kygo’s 'Stole The Show’ a Tileyard published song and written on one of their famed ‘writing camps’ being a landmark part of that success.
Prior to Tileyard, from the age of 18 Charlie worked as a Junior A&R at Relentless & Virgin Records, he there signed rock act You Me At Six, who then achieved three gold albums whilst signed to the label. He later moved to a Warner Bros subsidiary B-Unique and there he discovered and co-managed the early stages of BRIT award winning band Bastille’s career and assisted with the likes of Starsmith, (Writer/Producer of Ellie Goulding's first album). His recent successes within management have been his client Ella Eyre winning BRIT and MOBO Awards, whilst his client Sigala has clocked over 3.5million UK sales as well as being named the most played male on commercial radio in 2016.
